Grand Prizes:

- A free flight anywhere Southwest flies for the individual that raises the most money for charity donated by Dr. Ed Lorenzana - The winner, who raised over $1,400 himself though various donations from his sponsors was......Dr.  Ed Lorenzana!!!   That's right he won his own prize!  Awesome.  We felt bad but the good Dr. was a great sport about it.  (Ed is with the 3 hosts on the right.)  Thanks for your support Bro!

- $200 gift certificate for Le Colonial for the TEAM that raised the most money went toTHE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.  Captain Mike Borghello. Team included Tim Whitehurst, Vince Columbi, Becky Borghello, Steve Vranes, Kelly McCoy, Veronica Marshall and Francisco Vega.  Not only were they the best dressed team but they also stepped up huge in the fundraising category.  Can't wait to see how they top themselves next year.  Enjoy Le Colonial!

- A table and bottle of champagne for 4 at Dolce for the team with the highest bowling score went toPins For Pupusas.  Captains were Damian & Laura Crosby and Shane Sentz.  Team included Roger Villareal, Stacy & Mark Gottas and Howard Waugh. 

-Gift certificate for Maverick for the people that made Rock & Bowl a success went to Michael Cosenza & Marcia Stadler.  These two secured great sponsors and got everyone excited about the event.  Thanks for donating your time and energy!

Raffles & Contests
We had a great time giving away prizes for people that bowled stikes on demand and to those the bought raffle tickets.  Prizes included two $50 gift certificates for Lombardi Sports; A gift certificate from Tres Agaves; Limo rides; Tickets to the San Francisco Giants; Multiple bottles of Frias and Oakville Ranch Wine; and Signed copies of the El Salvador based novel Blood of Paradise by David Corbett.

THE TROPHY CEREMONY
   Every year we will be coming up with creative trophies to give out to Rock & Bowlers that stand out from the rest of the bunch.  Sometimes standing out is a very good thing and sometimes it is very bad.

   Selecting the winners is a painstaking process that Luis, Vince & Mike take extremely seriously as you can see from the picture on the left.  Below you will see a picture of the trophies designed by our own Vince Knoss and a picture of the lucky or unlucky winner.  The best part about the trophy ceremony were the pictures of the winners accepting their trophy with the hosts.  Some winners even gave speeches.  Good times!
